This form is to be completed to register your child for the Sunday Summer Clinic Sessions. We offer 4-week sessions during the summer on Sundays for kids ages 4 - 11 at recreational levels.
Sunday Summer 4 Week Sessions
Summer Session 1: June 16 - July 14 (Skip July 7)
Summer Session 2: July 21 - Aug 11
Ages: 4 - 5 10:30-11:30am
Ages: 6 - 8 10:30am - 12noon
Ages: 9 - 11 10:30am - 12noon
Weekly Pricing:
1hr classes: $140 per session
1.5hr classes: $210 per session
Daily Pricing:
1hr classes: $40
1.5hr classes: $60

Your payment will be processed in 1-2 business days from your registration date. After we process your registration, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of payment.
NOTE: There are NO make ups for the Summer Sunday Clinic sign ups
