OUR MISSION:

All parents and guardians of students of Marysville Charter Academy for the Arts are members of the MCAA PTCO. In addition, all current teachers and staff are members of the MCAA PTCO. Our mission is simple: Provide a supportive environment where creativity, solid academics, and outstanding artistic expression are highly valued for our students 7th-12th grades. We achieve this mission through a number of supportive programs, events and activities as well as fundraising. By fostering relationships among the school, parents, teachers, and community members.

Would you like to inquire about joining the MCAA PTCO Executive Board? If so, please select the position you are interested in *

Secretary: Record and distribute minutes of all Executive Board meetings and all general PTCO meetings, take attendance and check quorum during voting, and hold historical records for the PTCO.

Treasurer: Serve as custodian of the MCAA PTCO’s finances, pay authorized expenses, prepare reports, ensure all federal and state government compliance of the organization at all times, follow all financial policies of the PTCO, and hold all financial records.

Vice President: Overseeing fiscal compliance, assisting the President, and chair meetings in the absence of the President.

Financial Secretary: Works closely with the treasurer in handling PTCO funds. Keeps record of all PTCO funds collected, deposited and dispersed.

Vice President for Music: Serve as the collective voice of the Music department(s) and its director(s).

Vice President for Fine Arts/Visual Arts: Serve as the collective voice of the Art and Photography department(s) and its director(s)

Vice President for Performing Arts: Serve as the collective voice of the Dance/Performing Arts department(s) and its director(s).
