Hello tutoring center directors and coordinators,

Marianna, Janice, Valencio and MiSun have created the below survey to gather info about how the 1050 Rule has been communicated at your institution and how it would impact your tutoring center. What impact will the 1050 Rule have on your program? Have you shared this with your college leadership? *

Are you in support of the 1050 Rule converting all PT employees to benefitted status after 1,050 hours or do you feel an exemption is warranted for our particular expertise? *

I understand and agree with need to provide benefits to employees after 1,050 hours. This stops the abusive cycle of holding people to PT employment status.

I understand this rule but believe it does not universally apply to all situations. Exemptions should be reviewed and allowed.
