Please fill out the following form if you wish to submit a change/suggestion/idea to a current Article contained on our Regional Agreement.  All submissions will be considered in the upcoming Asking Package creation.  The Halifax Regional Agreement with the HRCE expires at the end of July 2023.  The Asking Package Committee will begin to create the new asking package over the next few months.  Negotiations could open as soon as the Spring of this school year (2023).

The 'Asking Package' is a list of items we wish to negotiate into our next Collective Agreement.  Items submitted must relate to an existing Article in the agreement or an article contained on another regions collective agreement.  ALL REGIONAL AGREEMENTS CAN BE FOUND ON THE NSTU WEBSITE.
