About Our Committees:
Our committees organize events, create resources, and advocate for graduate students interests in the field. Depending on your interest, we invite you to help serve and support our members on one of our three committees: Mentoring Committee, Digital Presence Committee, and the Inclusion Advisory committee. The Inclusion Advisory Committee is made up of three sub-committees to choose from, the Outreach Subcommittee, the Diversity Subcommittee, and the Accessibility Subcommittee. The time commitment for our committees varies depending on the ongoing projects and initiatives of each respective committee, but be assured that we are aware of and mindful about (y)our schedules during peak times of the year. There are also plenty of options to participate in and help with committee initiatives asynchronously, so even those with less flexible schedules can be active members if they still want to be involved!
