This is only an application to be a food vendor at the Adair County Fair. Please do not send payment.   You will be sent a registration form if you are approved, and space is available.  Applications will close on April 1 with plans to be reviewed at our April 2 meeting.  If there are still openings after this date the application will reopen. 

While no exclusivity of items will be granted, we do make an effort to not duplicate main items.

Please note that once approved, you will be required to obtain the proper licenses, permits and insurance required by the State of Iowa prior to opening day of the fair.  You may be asked to provide copies of these to us.
 
Food vendors are subject to inspection during the fair.

All vendors & vendor workers are required to pay gate admission.  You can purchase advanced discounted tickets good for any fair day for $8 each only through July 8th. Discounted tickets will NOT be available at the gate.   Individuals without a ticket will be charged full admission beginning Wednesday morning.
