Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance (Part TWO) Class Registration - SPRING 2024
Thank you for your interests in taking the Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance Part TWO in the winter. We are looking forward to seeing you in class either in-person or virtually! Please fill out the information to confirm a spot in the class. 

This is program is an extension for our Part ONE series. It is highly recommended to have taken Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance - Part ONE, before registering for the Part TWO series. The goal of the program is to challenge your balance and improve your flexibility, coordination, mobility and cognitive health. Weekly attendance is recommended. Please see Part ONE for more information regarding the program. 

Dates: April 1st - June 3rd, 2024 (10-weeks) 

Time: Every Monday 12 - 1 PM PST
EXCEPT 5/6, CLASS WILL START AT 1PM PST
NO class on 5/27 Memorial Day

What you will need if participating virtually:
- chair (without armrests preferred)
- open space (to be able to take at least one step forward/backward)
- comfortable clothes
- comfortable shoes (optional, activities can be performed with or without shoes)
