The bike and any equipment must be returned in a roadworthy and good condition. Any damage found during handover (return) will be the responsibility of the member who borrowed the bike (named above). *

Any damage to the bike and/or equipment will be charged at cost price. The borrower (named above) will be responsible for any costs incurred if the bike and/or equipment is stolen, for any deliberate or reckless abuse and incorrect adjustment. *
