By submitting this application, VENDOR agrees to support the mission of PRIDE ST. CHARLES and abide by all rules and regulations established by PRIDE ST. CHARLES while at the 2024 PRIDE ST. CHARLES festival. VENDOR agrees to ensure that all actions taken on their part will maintain the good working relations that PRIDE ST. CHARLES has with community partners, vendors and other parties.
Payments for VENDOR fees and any add ons are due immediately, in full, when submitting this application.
This is a rain or shine event.
As a standard requirement of all of our VENDORS, you must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in all. If you do not have this coverage in place,
CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION. Proof of coverage, satisfying these minimums, must be in place prior to the festival date of Saturday, 6/15/2024.
You will not be permitted to set up as a VENDOR without proper insurance coverage in place.

All vendors will upload their Certificate of Insurance (COI) and are required to name Pride St. Charles (PO Box 304, St. Charles, MO 63302) as additional insured on the policy. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is due June 1, 2024.The 2024 Pride St. Charles festival will run 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM (time may be subject to change) on Saturday, 6/15/2024 at the Family Arena, 2002 Arena Parkway, St. Charles MO 63303. Information regarding set up and breakdown will be shared at a later date.
All vendor applications and organizational missions must coincide with PRIDE ST. CHARLES' mission statement:
Pride St. Charles will promote equality within St. Charles County and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community through positive events, support, education, and resources.- A completed vendor application on file (Google form) with PRIDE ST. CHARLES,
- a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting all the specified requirements, and
- payment of vendor fees in full MUST be received in order to be a VENDOR at the festival.
PRIDE ST. CHARLES has the right to refuse any VENDORS application.
SALES TAX REPORTING TO CITY OF ST. CHARLES
You may be subject to paying a city tourism tax if you are selling goods at the festival. More information will be shared at a later date.
