轉換會籍為退休會員申請表│Application Form for the Change of Membership Category to Retired Members
根據《職工會條例》及香港記者協會會章^，有表決權會員如因年齡或疾病退休，如獲得執行委員會的許可，可成為本會的退休會員。有意轉換會籍的會員，須在會籍仍然有效期間向本會提出申請。

In accordance with the Trade Unions Ordinance and the Constitution of the Hong Kong Journalists Association^, a voting member who retires from the occupation on account of age or ill-health may, subject to the decision of the Executive Committee, become a retired member. Members who wish to change their membership must apply to the HKJA while their membership is still valid.

申請程序 Procedures:
  1. 會員須在會籍仍然有效期間填妥此網上表格（或表格PDF檔）並交會本會作審批；
  2. 退休前最後任職的機構證件副本；
  3. 退休證明信（如有）。請將2及/或3的證明文件以電郵方式傳至 hkja@hkja.org.hk. 
  1. Applicants should complete this online form (or PDF file) and submit it to the HKJA for approval while their membership is still valid;
  2. A photocopy of business card/staff card of last employment prior to retirement;
  3. A photocopy of proof of retirement (if any). Please send the supporting documents of item 2 and/or 3 by email to hkja@hkja.org.hk.
