Kettle & Wake September 8th Application
Event runs 3-9pm, September 8th 2019. Setup is from 1-3pm, breakdown is from 9-11pm. Tables are not provided.

Due to issues with delayed payment in the past, I can no longer hold spaces without payment. Payment for your spot is due at the time of your acceptance email, which will contain payment instructions. If payment has not been received within 7 days of my sending the acceptance email, your spot will be forfeited to a vendor on the waitlist. No exceptions, sorry guys.

If you have been accepted, you will receive an email saying so. If you do not receive an email within 7 days of submitting this form, you have not been accepted. I receive too high a volume of emails and inquiries to be able to send rejection emails to everyone. I can only fit so many spots in the venue without overcrowding and oversaturating one category. If you are not accepted PLEASE do not take it personally- it has nothing to do with how much I like you and everything to do with how many spots are left and how many vendors apply for each category.

This event is being photographed! The photographer will ask before taking a photo of you & your table setup, but please know you may appear in the background of other photographs or in some candids, so be photo ready! By vending this event you agree to being photographed and having those photographs used for Kettle & Wake promotional purposes.

A valid New York State Tax ID/Certificate of Authority to collect sales tax is REQUIRED to vend with us. You may be asked to present your certificate at the show. If you do not have one, you can apply for one at https://www.tax.ny.gov/.
There are two space sizes available. Option 1 fits one six-foot table and whatever you can manage to put on it. No gridwalls, no props, no exceptions. Option 2 is against a wall, with access to an outlet, and can fit one 6-foot table plus props, gridwalls, etc. to a maximum of an 8-foot wide setup, or one 8-foot table. There are only 4 wall spaces available. If you select a wall space and there are none left, I will reach out in your acceptance email about how to move forward. Which spot size do you prefer? *
After submitting your application, please email between 5 and 10 photographs of your work to kettleandwake@gmail.com with your business name as the subject line. Applications without accompanying photographs will be disregarded.
