This form is for RETURNING STUDENTS REGISTERING FOR BETWEEN 8-14 LESSONS ONLY. If you are a returning adult student registering for 15, 16, or 17 lessons, or a returning child student, please visit https://go.asapconnected.com/?org=5080#PrivateLessons to register for your lessons. If you are a NEW Student, please fill out a NEW STUDENT INQUIRY.

If you are a RETURNING adult student registering for between 8-14 lessons, please fill out this form to sign up for Winter/Spring 2023 private lessons. You will then receive an invoice within 48 hours. Once this invoice is paid or a payment plan is set up, your registration will be complete. To pay using a payment plan, you MUST have a credit card on file with us.

Regular Registration: January 9-15
Late Registration (with $25 late fee): January 16-22

Winter/Spring Session begins January 16

Session Requirements
The Winter/Spring session runs from January 16, 2023 to May 28, 2023. The minimum number of lessons is 8. A full slate of lessons is 17. If you wish to register for 15, 16, or 17 lessons, please complete registration at https://go.asapconnected.com/?org=5080#PrivateLessons. I understand that most teachers are offering on-site lessons at this time, while some are offering remote only or a mix of both. My teacher will communicate my options with me directly. I am responsible for paying for all lessons with my teacher. (enter initials to sign) *

I understand that this is just a registration form, and that registration will not be complete until payment is received. I will be invoiced within 72 hours of submitting this form. I understand that payment (either in full or a payment plan by cc) is required PRIOR to the first lesson of the session. If payment is not received in full or if I do not set up a payment plan by the first lesson, I understand that my lessons will be put on hold until payment is received.
