Please fill out this form to reserve your tickets for the annual Dead Lake Fundraiser.  Money raised at this event will be used to  continue the fight against  aquatic invasive species.

The event will be held at The Cactus Banquet Room (Fort Thunder Road, Perham) on Saturday, July 27th, 2019.  Games, silent auction and social hour start at 5:00 pm and Dinner will be at 6:30 followed by more games and the live auction.
