We are very excited for summer, we have lots of fun activities being planned! We strive each day to provide your child(ren) with the best care possible. If you have questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call!

A few things to note . . .

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided at no cost to you. As always if you wish to send a cold lunch with your child you are more than welcome to do so.

An afternoon snack will not be provided. You can send a daily snack for your child if you'd like.

Summer Wave childcare is a program designed to provide quality care and program activities for children having just completed Kdgn-3rd grade. The program provides educational, recreational, and social activities to promote learning and development without formal structure. We try to be as flexible as possible with our programming to meet the needs of all children participating.
At Summer Child Care children may choose fun activities such as playing a variety of board and card games, reading, art projects, coloring, making bracelets, iron beads, playing with legos, and indoor gym activities. Outdoor activities include baseball, kickball, flag football, soccer, basketball, chalk, nature walks, park walks, swimming at the EGF pool, etc. It is recommended that all Summer Wave participants purchase a swimming pool pass from EGF Parks and Recreation.

Summer care will plan field trips to local destinations and a few "get away" day trips.

Summer care will not be able to transport students to summer activities such as softball, baseball, summer camps, etc.
