2023 The Sweet Soiree Virtual Event Registration Form
The below form is for 2023 The Sweet Soiree virtual event hosted by Simply Stated Creations, LLC (SSC). This event will be geared towards promotional items for February (Valentine's Day, Galentine's Day, love, chocolates, sweet, treats, etc). 

This event has a $15 fee to participate. 
*Subscribed monthly members of SBM will have no extra charge, as your membership includes virtual events.

Registration will close January 27th to allow time for scheduling and vendor introductions to be finalized. 

The event will be hosted online through our private Facebook group, Small Biz Marketplace. We want this event to be as smooth as possible for us all, and super successful! SSC will be responsible for finalizing the event, designing graphics to use for social media, providing ideas for topics and games for the event, and communicating with the vendors.

All communication on events will be posted in our Facebook group for vendors, Simply Stated Business Solutions. The link is below if you are not already a member. Please make sure notifications are turned on for the group.

New to virtual events? Here's a quick run down:
  • Each business participating will have 1 day to showcase/highlight their business and products or service. The best posting method that has worked for past events is to post 8-10 times within a day (generally once an hour). But post as often as you feel best for your business!
  • When a day is reserved by another vendor, please refrain from posting as that vendor has also paid their event fee.
  • Open days are a free for all participants, and you are welcome to post 2-3x. We suggest using these open days for engagement posts, polls, etc. We want the audience/community to feel like Small Biz Marketplace is a fun place to join, not just constant "sales."
  • Be sure you are in our Simply Stated Business Solutions group listed above. In the Guides section we are building out more information and resources to help you have a success virtual event!

This event will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. We will only be filling 1 slot per company/business/MLM to avoid duplication. *

This event will start February 1st and will end February 11st. Please select your top 2 dates. We will try to meet everyone's preference the best we can while scheduling the event.

Open posting days can have a max of 3 posts per day. The schedule will be posted within Simply Stated Business Solutions group. These open posting days are a great way to reiterate and highlight your current sales/promos and gain interaction and following. Remember, with the current algorithm the chances of someone seeing your post (and buying right away) are slim. We are hoping with this new format that we can help work with the algorithm for everyone! If you have any questions, please let us know!
After registration is closed, we will post a drafted schedule in Simply Stated Business Solutions and tag the vendors. Additional information pertaining to the event will be posted within that group as well. If you have a question regarding this event, please let us know below and we'll get back to you via email.
Please email or message pictures for Chrissy to put together vendor introductions. We will need (1) picture of you as the vendor and (3) pictures of products.
