The communication between the group and the festival is going to be made mainly through one mail (Team Leader)
Groups,
may pay 50% in advance to guarantee your pass, and the rest the day of the festival.
In this form we're going to collect the names of all members, levels and emails of each one. This way you guarantee your full pass.
Each couple can go to a different level, but the members of one couple should attend the same level.
Participants of the festival which have been already registered with a full pass can not be members of a group.
Once we check the information, we're going to send you the payment link.
Once the first payment (50%) is made, the group can't add or remove people.
In case, one or several members of the group can't make it, the final price at the entrance will be still 50% of the remaining amount. There will be no discounts, but the group can replace some members if needed.
