Please complete the form below. This form is a request for a birthday party only. You will be contacted by our Sales Coordinator, Sara, to confirm the party within 24 business (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, excluding holidays) hours of submission.

Birthday parties require 72 hours lead time. All parties are pre-paid at the time of confirmation. Cancellation can be made up to 72 hours prior to the party, changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to the party.
