Completing this early registration form shows your interest in our program and will grant you priority when we officially begin enrollment. With that said, this form does not bind you to enroll nor does it guarantee a spot for your child(ren). Please be advised that we will only enroll children ages 2-5 years old for the grand opening of the Early Learning Center. Our ability to accommodate younger children will occur at later point when we expand our program. All information submitted will remain confidential.
