Dogs are required to be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper. Please check the box to indicate that you agree to send your dog's vet records to EngineeringChangeTraining@gmail.com

This class is available only to dogs that do not show aggression, reactivity, or excessive fear in public places around other dogs and humans (those dogs are better suited to a private program). Please check the box to indicate that your dog does not exhibit these behaviors.
