Act Like a GRRRL 2021 Application


We are currently accepting applications for our Summer Program in June 2021. We do not yet know if we will meet in person or virtually. We will only meet in person if we can do so safely. Either way, the dates are the same:  June 7 through June 26, 2021.

(The program continues during the school year with weekly Zoom meetings during quarantine or monthly meetings when in-person extracurricular activities resume.)

Schedule:

Week One: June 7-11, 2021
Monday-Friday, 5-9:15 p.m. Vali's backyard

Week Two: June 14-18, 2021
Monday-Friday, 5-9:15 p.m. Vali's backyard

Week Three: June 21-25, 2021
Monday-Friday, 5-9:15 p.m. Vali's backyard
In-person screening of pre-recorded performance, Saturday, June 26.

Tuition for Act Like a GRRRL is $900. Some need-based scholarships are available.

For New Applicants:

The application process has TWO steps:

1. Complete the online form.
The two questions must be answered by the GRRRL and not by a parent, guardian or interested friend. ;-)

2. Schedule a Zoom Interview.
Once we review your application, we'll contact you to schedule a Zoom interview with program co-leaders. The interview will let us get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit for your summer plans. (It's super important that ALL the GRRRLS in ALAG really want to be there.)

After the interview, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your interview letting you know if you have a spot in the 2021 circle.
