Recent global movements such as Black Lives Matter, marriage equality, and gender pay parity place equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at the forefront of contemporary business. Business educators therefore have an important role in providing opportunities for future graduates to develop empathetic reasoning and other human capabilities required to engage in complex EDI business environments.

Join Associate Professor Fiona Newton, Dr. Lisa Powell & Professor Nick McGuigan as they openly explore these questions using hands-on, real-world practical examples. Including a recently developed interdisciplinary film shot right here in Melbourne, constructed using camera angles that immerse the student within the protagonist's life as part of a recent BERG educational development grant.
