The purpose of the School Accountability Committee is a committee that advises the school leader on school performance, budget priorities and parental engagement. The purpose of the committee is to inform, encourage and provide opportunities for parent and community members to be involved in the planning and evaluation of the school’s quality improvement processes. Each SAC is comprised of parents, community members, school leaders and teachers.
