Westlake HS - Summer School 2024                        PE Application - SESSION 2 ONLY
Enrollment Form for High School Summer School 2024. 

Session 2 is June 10th -June 14th, June 17-18th  and June 20-21st. 8am-2:30pm  

PE Class will be in-person on campus, with daily field trips. Classes will meet at the NGC Gym.

Westlake Summer School is available to Westlake High School Students only.

Please complete the following registration form. Once the enrollment form is submitted,  payment should be made online.

*Enrollment confirmation will be sent to student and parent. Teachers will communicate with students through their school email address, so please be sure to check that.

Students will have daily field trips to engage in physical activity off campus and will be transported by school bus. It is understood that students will be chaperoned during any off campus field trip and the normal precautions will be taken in the interest of their safety and well-being. If selecting this class you are agreeing that the sponsors, chaperones and school will not be held responsible for any accident or misfortune which might occur in connection with any off campus trip. You are also granting consent for your student to participate in these activities.

2024 Summer School Tuition and Payment Information is located on the Summer School Website. Applications will not be processed or class seats held until payment is received. This class has a limited amount of seats and will be closed when it has reached capacity.  
You will receive an email to confirm your seat in the class upon registration and payment.
