Family Reunion Survey 2020
About this process: We have a couple of decisions to make:

1. Do we hold a family reunion on the weekend of the 4th of July this year? (we will go with the majority)
2. If we hold the reunion, what do we need to do differently this year? (we will go with the majority of people who are going)
3. If we don't hold a reunion at Heit's Point over the 4th, would we like to do anything instead? (we would finalize this later)

I will keep the survey open for until 6pm on June 2nd and then total up the results and report them to you. I will not be sharing individual responses. We will do one vote per person instead of one vote per household.

Who should fill out this survey? *
(1) Only one person per household needs to fill out the survey and you can include anyone in your family who doesn't use the internet on your survey if you want. But don't fill it out for other people who do use the internet. (2) If different people in your household would have different answers to questions, they can fill out a survey too, or you can submit another survey for them. For example my wife, Lauren, knows that she can't make it this year, so I'm going to fill out the survey once for me and once for her. But I wouldn't do that if our answers were the same.

We are not going to make people's answers to the survey available to everyone, just the results. But I still want to make sure we reach everyone in the family that we can.
What are the names of the other people in your household (if any) that you are filling out the survey for? *
You can enter "none" if this is just for you. First names are fine. If you write something like, "my whole family", I will not think it is funny. This is the number of times your "votes" will be counted.
Including yourself, this survey is for how many people? *
I know, I could have just added up the names in the last two questions, but it's a lot less work for me if you do it :^)

You SHOULD check as many of these as you agree with. Zero, one, all of them, or any number in between. This is not to decide whether or not we have the reunion. This is a way to gauge how everyone feels about having the reunion. The questions about having the reunion come later in the survey.
