What does the OHPCA do?
- ENGAGES COMMUNITY members: informative bi-monthly meetings, annual Black History and Holiday Dinners, outreach to voters
- HOLDS EVENTS in O'Hair Park: Summer Programs and community fun gatherings
- WORKS for "Blight to Beauty" with regular clean-ups like Motor City Makeover and adopted vacant lots
- WINS MAJOR GRANT FUNDING to develop a 21st century housing plan
- NETWORKS within City Council District One and the Detroit Parks Coalition
What will we do with your $15.00 or $30.00 annual dues that are now due annually on January 1st?
Donors and grant funders always ask, “How many people do you serve?” Your donations help us leverage the thousands of dollars needed to carry on our work of strengthening the neighborhood!
