Membership, however, provides you with access to club resources:

Meeting Links and Passwords will only be available to members, Special Guests/Speakers and first time guests.

We are tracking attendance at the meetings and will soon require people to be members after their first meeting. Although we will still send out the notice of meetings to non-members on our mailing list, they will have to request access to a specific meeting. After their first meeting we will be asking them to register to get into their next meeting.

Members can have access to their own Zoom Meetings without the 40 minute limit. Details on how this works will be provided to members on request.

*** TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ***

Our experienced members often provide help to individuals. If we abuse this, however. they may not ask to be contacted so please keep your questions brief and infrequent. If the other club member says they do not have enough time to help, please respect that and be pleasant. We are lucky to have these people to guide us, when they can.

Quite often members connect with each other and help each other between meetings. We encourage this but we do not hand out contact information to anyone without your specific permission. If you want to contact another member, please ask an executive member (by email) to pass on your email and your request that they contact you. The executive member will let you know that this has been done but if you do not get a response, please respect the person's right to not respond.

*** MEETING VIDEOS ***

We try to record our meetings so that club members can see them at a later date. We require our members not to share these videos with others but we cannot guarantee that they comply. If we discover that the member has forwarded our video to someone outside the club, we will remove that person's membership.

We may use parts of the video/audio for educational purposes for people outside of the club but we would remove identifying video (faces) and names, except for the presenter. Audio may only be removed if it identifies a member's full name.

By attending these Zoom meetings you are indicating your approval to this recording and this policy.

*** INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS ***

Some of our members are making short instructional videos. We will be providing access to them using a private YouTube Channel. If you have an idea for a video, or would like to make one, please let us know.

We will consider feedback and make adjustments to this policy from time to time.
Changes to this policy will be communicated in the invitation to Zoom meetings.
