1. Diseases and illnesses can be based on real ones.
2. Your disease/illness cannot have the official name if it is based on a real disease. I prefer sims related names.
3. I am not an animator so keep in mind I am limited but will try my best.
4. All diseases will not be put into the mod so please don't be upset if yours isn't chosen.
5. You can submit as many diseases/illnesses as you want to this form.
