Please note, this is an outdoor event. Snacks and cold beverages will be available for all vendors. We will have a designated vendor liaison in the event you need to leave your booth for a bathroom break.

Please bring an extension cord (50 ft) and lighting source. Per the venue, halogen lighting is not permitted.

Storage containers must be hidden or discreetly stored within the assigned space.

No un-registered vendors are allowed within booth spaces. We curate our markets/readers to fit each theme and ensure we are not over saturated on specific items.

Booth fees are non-refundable, but transferrable to a future Night Market or Magickal Marketplace event. Comps and Night Market credits are not transferable to immersive events.

What's next? If selected, you will receive an invoice via PayPal. An email will also follow detailing next steps.
