We hope this survey finds you well and healthy during these uncertain times. The Colorado Office of Employment First (COEF) is dedicated to supporting our service providers working with individuals with disabilities in employment during COVID-19. To better understand how we can best support you, we are looking to gather some information from you about how this time has impacted your work and those that you serve. We know there are many resources available during this time, and we want to hear directly from you how we can help.
