Dear Parents/Carers,
To ensure we follow safeguarding procedures, we ask you to provide us with this information. Please fill in your child's regular going home arrangements. We understand this can change from time to time and you can still notify your teacher of any changes by sending in a letter or telephoning the school office. The names of any additional adults that you give permission to need to be listed. Until these details are received by the school, we expect parents/ carers to collect their child.
