COST:          $75 per team by February 20, 2023 - 3 game guarantee
GRADES:    3rd, 4th,5th, and 6th grade girls – 3rd, 4th,5th, 6th grade boys

LOCATION:     Midway High School -3202 33rd Ave NE (30 miles NW of Grand Forks)Inkster, ND 58233

Full concessions available.  Games will run every one-half hour.  No more than 6 players per team.  Rules available upon arrival to the tournament or from website listed above.  No refunds if cancellation after the deadline of February 20, 2023.
Re: Weather:  If the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather, ½ of the registration fee will be returned.  If the tournament is held, and a team chooses not to travel, there will be no refund, as we will have to try getting a substitute team in, at no charge, in replacement, in order to keep the tournament on schedule.
Re: Covid-19:  If the tournament is cancelled due to Covid-19, 100% of the registration fee will be returned.  Due to Covid-19 the tournament can be canceled at anytime depending on guidelines set forth by the state.

I give my permission for (see below for name of player) to play in the Midway 3 on 3 Tournament, February 26, 2023.  I understand the tournament has no responsibility, assumes none and does not carry accident insurance for the benefit of players.  I assume full responsibility for my child’s medical expenses and well-being and waive any and all claims against tournament directors, tournament officials, and the Midway Public School should any injury occur whether on the premises of, or any other premises in which the tournament takes place. I give my consent to pictures posted on Facebook, Midway-Minto Mustang 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament.
