U.S. Digital Response (USDR) is a volunteer group that helps governments build services that help the public. We are doing research to understand what it is like for families to apply for child care assistance.

We are conducting 45-minute calls with families who have applied for government-funded child care subsidies in 2020 and 2021. We want to speak to both families that were approved to receive the benefit, and also families that did not receive it.
