Digital Photography - Getting Weird with Louis Bockner

Course Description:

In this photography class, experimentation is the goal. Digital photography is an excellent medium for experimentation and creativity since it provides free, immediate feedback. Each day will involve in-class demonstrations and a photo walk to put our learning into action. Throughout the class we will experiment with:

- Long exposure techniques.
- Multiple exposure techniques.
- Blurring foreground to achieve creative, unique compositions.
- Any other ideas that come to us at the time. No oddity is off limits. 

Students should bring:

- Digital camera(s) and lenses (preferably not phones although some elements of the class will apply).
- Charged battery/extra batteries. 
- Camera manual, if they have one.
- A way of taking notes.
