Concord Arts Market Artist & Artisan Application - May-November 2024
Apply for CAM's May-November events using the form below.

Applications for First Fridays and Art in the Park are accepted on a rolling basis. Applicants will be notified of acceptance within two weeks of applying.

Applications to CAM at Market Days Festival will be accepted until April 1. Applicants will be informed of acceptance by April 15. Returning artists to CAM at Market Days may be informed of acceptance prior to April 1. Applications to CAM at Market Days will be accepted after April 15 only if space remains.

The Concord Arts Market is juried for each event. Application is not a guarantee of participation. First consideration will be given to past and regular participants of the Concord Arts Market, as well as vendors with unique products. The jury reserves the right to update participating vendors at its discretion to keep the mix of goods both balanced and diverse.

Please note that some categories do fill up for each market. The earlier you apply, the more likely you are to get your preferred dates, if accepted.

This application is for the Concord Arts Market only. If you wish to attend an Art in the Park as a vendor with a partner organization, please apply directly to that organization. If you wish to apply for a youth booth, please fill out the CAM Youth application found here.

RAIN OR SHINE POLICY

I understand that the Concord Arts Market is a Rain or Shine event and I am expected to attend in the event of inclement weather. If I do not attend an event due to weather, I risk forfeiting my spot (without refund) at future Concord Arts Market events.
*
DANGEROUS WEATHER POLICY

I understand that the Concord Arts Market takes safety very seriously and may cancel or close an event early in the event of potentially dangerous weather conditions in the forecast. If an event is cancelled or closed early due to weather, refunds will not be issued, the market will not be rescheduled and the registration fee cannot be applied to another market.
*
FAIR WEATHER WAITLIST
If you know you will not attend an event in inclement weather, you can apply to be considered for the Fair Weather Waitlist.

I wish to apply for the Fair Weather Waitlist. I understand that a spot will not be held for me at any event, but if a spot is available the week of each event, I may be contacted to see if I am interested in attending that week. I will only pay the fees due if I accept a spot the week of the event.
*
I understand that booth fees are non-refundable. I also understand that booth fees are due within 7 days of being accepted, unless other arrangements are made with the producer of the Concord Arts Market.

I have read and agree to the Vendor Information page on the Concord Arts Market website: *
