REGISTRATION WAIVER

VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT:
As a Member of Kenora Borealis Multisport and Social Club I agree to commit to at least ½ day of Volunteer time at Club run events each year. If I have not completed my Annual Volunteer Hours by July 31 each year I understand that my local membership benefits (yoga etc.) will be revoked for the remainder of the membership year.
I HEREBY:
1. Waive and release any and all claims that I may have against Kenora Borealis Multisport & Social Club (“the Club”), its committees, officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, agents, sponsors or any or more of them or their executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors or assigns (“the Releases”) including any and all claims for damage caused by the negligence of any of them, arising out of my participation in its events and its related activities, together with any costs including lawyers’ fees with may be incurred as a result of any such claim whether valid or not, and indemnify and hold harmless the releases and each of them against any such claim that I or any one or more of my or their executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns may have or assert and against any costs including lawyers’ fees with respect thereto.
2. I hereby acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and athletic equipment during Club events and related activities.
3. I hereby acknowledge that participation in Club events carries with it potential hazard. I therefor release the Club, its event committees, officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees and sponsors of any liability resulting from injury or death during its events and related activities.
4. I hereby attest and verify that I am physically fit and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor.
5. I hereby permit the free use of my name and picture in promotional materials, broadcast, telecasts and the press.
