Use this form to let us know that you are interested in hosting an impact week event. Once you have submitted your form and our events have been outlined a Local Impact Coordinator will reach out to you with potential host opportunities.


HOST RALLY for all Impact Week Event Hosts will be held on Sunday July 28, you will receive an invitation with more information regarding the host rally once you have been confirmed as an event host with an event.

Please keep in mind that filling in the form is not a guarantee that you will be paired with an event to host.

Would you be willing to host an event with a Mosaic Student Host? *
Mature, Responsible Mosaic High School and Middle School Students will be serving as Co-Hosts for Impact Week 2018, each student will be paired with an Adult Host such as yourself that is willing to work with a student host. The Event Host will then give leadership away to the Student host, in ways that the student host will feel comfortable serving. Examples, Student will lead the pre-event huddle, handle event registration, explain and be in charge of a specific task, lead the prayer... etc... there will be a separate small breakout training for those of you that agree to serve in this role.
