NPA's Fall Festival Vendor Application
This application is for NPA's Fall Festival Saturday October 19th at Heritage Park in Kaysville.

-This event is a fundraiser and all proceeds will be going to Donor Connect.
-To participate in this event vendors will be charged a $15 booth fee.
-Vendors will not be asked to donate a percentage of their sales but donations are welcome.
-All Art and Craft Vendors will be responsible for set up and take down.
-Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables/tents/booths etc and can have as much space as they want.
-Vendors will be expected to run their own booth the entire event (11am-2pm). Set up will begin at 10am.
