REGISTRATION DETAILS
Please note: Your child's spot at Olive Grove will be held based upon registration and full payment. If all spots fill up completely, any children registered but not fully paid will be emailed. If full payment is not made immediately, even though it's before the listed payment-in-full due date, the child/children will be moved to a waitlist. Please make sure to add our email address to your address book to ensure mailings get through to you. Thank you!

- Before you submit this form, please save our address-olivegroveadventure@gmail.com- to your email that is listed at the beginning of this form. Once you submit this form, you will see an automatic reply that contains the password to access payment details, a packing list, and other forms that must be completed. Elective forms will be open after May 1. and transportation form opens March 1st. All other forms are available now. Payment-in-full must be made before signing up for electives.

OLIVE GROVE FEES Please note that Olive Grove Adventure is a not-for-profit holiday activity. Last year, due to an extremely high inflation rate, the rate we charged did not cover our expenses. We were helped out by generous friends to break even. Prices continue to rise in this country and the fees below reflect those increases. We have kept fees as low as possible.

Fee information
a. Base Price: fee must be paid in full by May 1, 2024. After May 1, if you have not paid in
full, your child will be removed from the registration list.
• One week: $490
• Two weeks: $750
b. Early payment discount: A discount is offered if you pay in full before March 20, 2024.
• One week early payment fee: $470/ Two week early payment fee: $720
c. Sibling discount:
• Each additional child after the first child: less $20
d. Late fees for payments made after May 1, 2024:
• Payments made from May 1 - May 10: late fee of $20 per registration
• Payments made from May 11- May 20: late fee of $30 per registration
• Payments made May 21 or later: late fee of $40 per registration
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN FULL BY MAY 1 AND OLIVE GROVE IS FULL, THEN YOUR CHILD WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE OLIVE GROVE REGISTRATION LIST. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
Feb 7 update: all scholarships have been awarded.
Refunds
• Olive Grove fees are not refundable after May 10. All fees include a non-refundable administrative fee of $50 per registrant. All refunds will be minus any bank fees. If there is an emergency that affects your child’s attendance, please contact Olive Grove.
