2020 - 2021 Lady's Island Middle School Title I Parent Survey
Your child/children attend Lady's Island Middle School which receives federal funds/services through the Title 1 program and/or other Federal Programs (Title II-VI). In order to plan and have an effective program, it is important for us to have your opinions and feedback.  Please complete this short survey (all questions that apply).  We appreciate your help.
