Sexual Harassment at Workplace
Strategic Intent
This survey is a part of background research for DST supported pilot GATI (Gender Advancement for Transforming Institutions). It is designed to gauge the experiences of Sexual Harrasment at workplace. It also seeks an understanding on functioning of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) mandated by law at all workplaces. This survey focuses on academic and research institutions in the country.

Workplace is to be understood as encompassing all campus spaces such as institutional buildings, halls, departments, centres, laboratories, hostels, residential complexes, guest houses, dining halls, canteens, cafeterias, stadiums, sports grounds and lawns, etc. It further includes all campus events such as social gatherings, festivals, etc. Academic spaces are not limited to the institutional campus only; these include institutional transportation facilities and spaces accessed beyond the institution during internships, excursions, field trips, conferences, seminars, etc. Institutional community includes all visitors or workers who access the campus.

Sample Group
The survey seeks responses from all members of the institutional community in all disciplinary domains at all levels. Specifically, this includes students, research scholars, academic faculty/scientists, technical, administrative and support staff at all levels.

All genders are encouraged to apply. Individual perspective is of great importance. Responses from this survey will be used only for research purpose. The survey administrators are committed to protecting anonymity and ensuring confidentiality of your responses.
