Due to security guidelines on all of our campuses, we are asking visitors for events to pre-register to make checking in easier and faster on the day of the event. Please complete this form by Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
Please enter the following information so that we can complete the registration in our Visitor System prior to your arrival. All visitors must enter through the main entrance on Witherspoon Street, and check in prior to going to the classrooms for the Easter Parties.
Each adult attending the Easter Party must complete a separate Visitor Precheck form - once you hit submit, you can then click "Submit another response." We appreciate each family limiting your visitors to a maximum of 4 people per student due to the limited space and size in our classrooms. If you will be coming to multiple parties on March 28, please keep your visitor badge for the next party.
Parking is limited. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your Easter Party starts. We will not begin checking anyone in before 8:00, so that we can complete our student drop off line, and get all students safely into the building. Parents may check your students out after the Easter party. We look forward to seeing you.
Pre-Kindergarten Easter Party starts at 11:30
Kindergarten, 2nd Grade and 4th Grade Easter Parties start at 10:00
1st Grade and 3rd Grade Easter Parties start at 1:30.
