Terms and conditions MEES English programs（教室規定）

1 English classes (60 minutes)　英会話クラス（６０分）

1.1 月謝は¥7,600、対象年齢は12歳（小学校6年生）とそれ以下までです。

1.2 兄弟姉妹割引は、１名毎に月¥850引きとなります。

1.3 週２回以上通うことも可能です。その場合月謝は参加されるクラスの合算となり、兄弟姉妹割引が適応されます。

1.4 極めて稀な事例ですが、MEESはプライベート・レッスンに対応する場合があります。プライベート・レッスンは、週1回、30分月額 ¥12,000です。

1.5 入会金は不要ですが、再入会の場合 ¥20,000をいただきます。

1.6 生徒が1名のみとなるクラスは、レッスン時間が40分と短縮になります。2人目が、そのクラスに正式に登録されてからのみ通常通り60分クラスに変更となります。

2 Afternoon Immersion Program / English Club

午後のイマージョンプログラム・英語クラブ

2.1 イマージョンプログラムと英語クラブは、週1回、2回、3回、4回、または5回から選ぶことができます。

2.2 月謝は週1回 ¥15,000、週2回 ¥25,000、週3回 ¥33,000、週4回 ¥40,000、週5回 ¥45,000です。授業料は1年分を12ヶ月で割ったもので、月の日数や祝日の有無による調整は行いません。

2.3 入会金は ¥15,000です。再入会の場合 ¥20,000をいただきます。

3 Saturday Programs -Kindergarten (180 minutes) -Elementary (120 Minutes)

サタデープログラム -キンダーガーテン(180分) -エレメンタリー(120分)

3.1 サタデープログラムは千駄木校でのみの開講です。

3.2 月謝: サタデーキンダーガーテンプログラム¥22,500、サタデーエレメンタリープログラム¥17,800

3.3 入会金は20,000円です。再入学の場合、20,000円をいただきます。

3.4 下記に記載する条件に従って1ヶ月以上前にご連絡を頂いた場合には、月に1回に限り、レッスンをキャンセルする事が可能です。レッスンのキャンセルをされる場合には、キャンセルを希望される日の前月の末日までにMEESにeメールにてご連絡を頂く事が条件となります。キャンセルをされた場合、1回分のレッスン料をキャンセルした月の翌月の学費から控除致します。ただし、この学費割引は控除対象月にMEESに在籍されている場合に限らせていただきます。

4 Coding Club

コーディングクラブ

4.1 コーディングクラブは週1回、木曜日に開催しています。

4.2 月謝は、16,500円です。授業料は1年分を12ヶ月で割っているため、月の日数や祝日の有無による調整はありません。

4.3 入会金は ¥25,000です。再入会の場合 ¥20,000をいただきます。

5 General terms and conditions　全クラス共通

5.1 休日については、MEESスクールカレンダーをご確認ください。

5.2 ClassDojoによる事前の遅刻・欠席のご連絡についてご協力いただけますと有り難いです。

5.3 いかなる場合においても、MEESがクラス閉鎖や曜日、時間等の変更の権利を保有します。

5.4 全てのMEESメンバーの方々には、MEESが提供する自動引落し制度をご利用いただきます。登録のための招待状をEメールで送ります。入学後、2週間以内に登録を完了してください。

5.5 月謝は前払いとなります。その月の月謝は、通常は前月27日前後に引落しされます。

5.6 MEESの授業料は年単位で計算されます。ホリデーシーズンも含め、一定額を12ヶ月に分散してお支払いいただきます。毎月の授業料は、その月のレッスン数によって調整されることはありません。

5.7 MEESでは講師たちを長期間維持するよう努めています。しかしながら、学年末またはその途中で変更が生じる可能性もあります。

5.8 講師が欠席する場合、MEESは代行講師を配置するよう努めます。代行講師の対応ができない場合は、そのクラスは休講となります。この場合、キャンセルされたレッスンは補償の対象となります。この補償は、休講されたレッスン月の翌々月のお支払い時に対応します。例；4月のあるレッスンが休講された時、6月のお支払い時で対応します。1レッスンの補償金額は、週1回の場合・月謝の4分の1、週2回・月謝の8分の1、等となります。休講されたクラスがあり、かつ補償対応月の前に退会される場合はこの対象ではありません。

5.9 理由の如何を問わず、欠席した日の補習はできません。また、授業料の一部も返金できません。

5.10 たまにはスケジュールを変更することが可能です。その場合は、ClassDojoでオンラインフォームをもらうために管理部を連絡してください。

5.11 不要な月謝の支払いを避けるために、以下のことをご理解ください。退会またはその他月謝の変更に関係する場合は、最低でもその変更対象希望月の１ヶ月前までにメール mail@mees.jp までご連絡ください。例；3月末まで通い退会を希望する場合は、2月末日までにその旨をMEESにお伝えください。

5.12 初回月謝を除き、全ての月謝は月毎のお支払いとなります。MEESでは各月の途中での退会等への対応はいたしません。

5.13 MEESでは退会希望の連絡をメール ( mail@mees.jp )でのみお受けいたします。メールの受取により退会希望申し出の日時が記録されます。それについての確認連絡のメールを1または2日営業日後に送付いたします。確認のメールが届いていない場合は、お手数ですができるだけ早くMEESにご連絡いただきますようお願い申し上げます。規定の期限までに上記の退会確認をしていただくことは、保護者の方々の責任となります。

5.14 MEESは月謝の返金は致しません。

5.15 MEESは、予期せぬ状況等により特定のプログラムを説明なく休講する権利を保有します。この場合、MEESは休講したクラスの補償を行わず、振替等の対応もいたしません。

5.16 MEESは説明なく、入会をお断りさせていただくことがございます。

5.17 MEESを退学されますと、他のサービスとご契約の有無にかかわらず、MEESのコンテンツにアクセスできなくなります。

5.18 月謝は予告なく変更される場合があります。

5.19 学校規定は予告なく変更される場合があります。

6.1 MEES では、校内で撮影した写真を広告として使用する権利を保有します。これらの写真にお子様が載っている場合とそうでない場合が御座います。また、お子様がMEESから卒業/除籍後も使用することが御座います。

6.2 お子様が MEESに入会された時点で、本校の学校規定に同意されたことになります。

7 この規定内容は英語版と日本語翻訳版の間にいかなる相違または矛盾がある場合でも英語版が優先されます。

Terms and conditions MEES English programs

1 English classes (60 minutes)

1.1 The monthly fee is ¥7,600 per student, age 12 (6th grade elementary) and under.

1.2 The sibling discount is ¥850 per sibling per month.

1.3 It is possible to choose more times a week. The tuition fee will be duplicated to the amount of lessons a week and the sibling discount will apply.

1.4 In a rare case MEES might accept a private lesson. For a private lesson the monthly tuition fee is ¥12,000 for a 30 minute class, once a week.

1.5 There is no enrollment fee, however a 20,000 yen fee will apply to reentering MEES in case of prior termination of enrollment.

1.6 In case the student number in a class is one student, the lesson time will be reduced to 40 minutes, only when a second child becomes a permanent member of the class it will be a 60 minute class as usual.

2 Afternoon Immersion Program / English Club

2.1 Immersion Program and English Club can be enrolled once, twice, three times, four times or five times a week.

2.2 The monthly fees: once a week ¥15,000, twice a week ¥25,000, three times a week ¥33,000, four times a week ¥40,000, five times a week ¥45,000. The tuition is based on a yearly rate divided over 12 months, so it is not adjusted based on the amount of available days in a month or holidays occurring.

2.3 Enrollment fee is ¥15,000. A ¥20,000 fee will apply when reentering MEES in case of prior termination of enrollment.

3 Saturday Programs -Kindergarten (180 minutes) -Elementary (120 Minutes)

3.1 Saturday Program is only available in Sendagi location

3.2 The monthly fees: Saturday Kindergarten Program ¥22,500, Saturday Elementary Program ¥17,800

3.3 Enrollment fee is ¥20,000. A ¥20,000 fee will apply when reentering MEES in case of prior termination of enrollment.

3.4 It is possible to cancel one lesson a month when proper notice is given. In order to do so, inform MEES by email before the end of the previous month to cancel a lesson for the next month. The fee of one lesson will be credited and deducted from the tuition for the following month thereafter. Credits can only be transferred to the next month if still a member of MEES Saturday program.

4 Coding Club

4.1 Coding Club is held once a week on Thursdays.

4.2 The monthly fee is ¥16,500. This tuition is based on a yearly rate divided over 12 months, so it is not adjusted based on the amount of available days in a month or holidays occurring.

4.3 Enrollment fee is ¥25,000. A ¥20,000 fee will apply when reentering MEES in case of prior termination of enrollment.

5 General terms and conditions

5.1 For reference about the school holidays, please check the MEES School Calendar.

5.2 Incase of absence we appreciate it if you contact the school by ClassDojo.

5.3 MEES holds the right to close or change a class day and/or time at any moment.

5.4 All MEES members are required to join the automatic deduction banking system provided by MEES. An invitation will be sent by email to register. The registration should be completed in two weeks after enrollment.

5.5 Tuition is paid in advance. In general the deduction takes place around the 27th of the prior month.

5.6 At MEES tuition is calculated annually. A fixed amount is spread out over 12 months, also during holiday seasons. The monthly tuition is not adjusted based on the number of lessons in a month.

5.7 MEES strives to retain teachers for a longer period of time. However it is possible teachers change at the end or mid year.

5.8 Incase of an absent teacher, MEES will do its best to find a substitute teacher. If MEES fails to provide a substitute teacher the class will be canceled. In this event the canceled lesson will be credited. The credits will be deducted from the tuition of the second month after the missed lesson. Example; canceled lesson is in April, credits will be deducted from June tuition payment. One lesson credit is a quarter of the monthly tuition in case of once a week lesson, 1/8th incase of twice a week lesson, etc. In case of termination of enrollment before the credit could be deducted the credit cannot be redeemed.

5.9 There is no make-up possible for missed days for any reason. Nor a refund of a portion of the tuition.

5.10 It is possible to change your schedule once in a while. For that, please contact administration through ClassDojo to request the online form.

5.11 To avoid paying unnecessary tuition fees, please be sure to understand the following; In case of termination of enrollment or any other changes in tuition fees, an email sent to mail@mees.jp at least one month prior to the month of termination of enrollment or change is required. For example; if you decide to terminate enrollment at the end of March, notification should be received by the end of February.

5.12 Except for the first month of enrollment all tuition fees are paid per full month. MEES does not accept termination of enrollment mid month.

5.13 MEES only accepts termination of enrollment by email sent to mail@mees.jp. Termination of enrollment is registered the date of receival of the email. We will send a confirmation by email in one or two working days. If you did not receive a confirmation please contact the school administration as soon as possible. It is the parents' responsibility to receive the confirmation of the termination of enrollment in time.

5.14 MEES does not refund tuition fees paid.

5.15 MEES holds the right to close the school or specific programs due to unforeseen circumstances without further explanation. In this case MEES does not compensate financially or offer make-up classes for the lessons missed.

5.16 MEES holds the right to discontinue the enrollment of a student without further explanation.

5.17 Once leaving MEES, you will become unable to access any MEES content despite possible subscriptions.

5.18 Tuition fees are subject to change without prior notice.

5.19 Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 MEES holds the right to use any photographs taken in the school, for promotion purposes. These photographs may or may not include your child's image, and may be used even after you stop attendance at MEES.

6.2 When enrolling your child into MEES you agree to the terms and conditions set by MEES.

7 The English version shall always prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Japanese translation.
