Melvin's Farm to Fork Store in
Wirtz, VA for a weekend of education, fellowship, worship, and fun!
The event will run from Friday the 19th to Sunday the 21st, but please note that Friday and Saturday are exhibit days, while Sunday we will hold worship service in the morning. We would love to have you join us for the worship on Sunday if you can stick around!
-Location: Melvin's Farm to Fork Store, 1120 Peters Pike Road, Wirtz, VA 24184
-Setup will take place Thursday from 2-5pm OR Friday morning between 7-8:30am.
-Table and chair are provided.
-Meals included: 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches, plus light breakfast on Sunday morning if you wish to join us for worship.
-Please note that we will be out doors, but under a large event tent. You do not need to bring a canopy.
-We expect 150-200 participants at this event.
-Please email hi-res logo file in PNG or JPEG format to Erin at hello@godsgoodtable.comThis registration form is to CONFIRM you want to participate as a vendor or sponsor of this event.
Once you submit this registration, we will contact you and email an invoice to collect payment. Payment can be submitted via the QB invoice with ACH or credit card, or mailing a check to: God's Good Table, 1205 Royal Troon Ln, St. Augustine, FL 32086.
Please note that invoices will not be emailed until the first week of January.
Not able to attend, but still want to be included as an event sponsor or provide a food/product donation? We have one Kids Program Sponsorship and two VIP Dinner Sponsorships available, as well as options for including an ad in the event program (ad images must be received by Apr 1st).
