  • PLEASE FILLE OUT A SEPRATE FORM FOR EACH PROJECT OR STYLE OF PROJECT REQUESTED. 
  • Once our form is complete, we will send an estimate for cost to the provided email address within 4 days.
  • If the estimate is approved to move forward, we will move on to the next step of providing a design proof with the requested cut lines and shapes.  
  • We do not print or ship any project till the customer is 100% happy and approved the process to move forward with production and shipment.

Terms and Condition
50% Deposit is due on all projects over $100.00. The final payment is due before product is shipped, picked up or delivered.

  • Design Proofs sent to you by Extreme Realities Design should be used to inspect layout, sizes, spelling, grammar, details, & color selection. After a Proof is approved by a customer Extreme Realities Design isn't responsible for any layout sizes, spelling, grammar, details, or color errors. Any reprints due to errors would be a customer expense unless it was something not mentioned above that put us at fault. 
  • A proof is not an exact match to the finished product color or quality of a printed project but a representation.
  • Proofs come to you in a digital format which means you're going to be viewing your colors in RGB. That means that the colors are going to be 10 times brighter on a computer screen or phone screen than the actual print colors in CMYK. Rigid materials can also affect coloring. We do not guarantee a 100% color match for any products, but we will get them as close as we can to your request.
  • We ask you provide your print files in the highest quality file you have. We prefer vector format files like PDF, Ai, or EPS. Files that don't have enough quality for print services will be adjusted by our design team at $40.00 per hour.

We do have to charge a $40 per hour design fee for vectorizing a logo or design for print if the quality isn't available to us.
