Tickets are reserved for users that need instructions on how to configure software for something specific, or possibly how-to setup a piece of hardware to your computer. Instructions are very detailed, but it is still recommended that you have some technical knowledge.
After submitting this form, you will receive a text message with payment instructions based on your selected preference of preferred method of payment. There are NO REFUNDS for troubleshooting tickets. However, if we can’t produce instructions or helpful information on your request, fund will be refunded within 48hrs.
