PARTICIPATION STATEMENT - The BCA recognises that caving, cave diving and mine exploration are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. These include membership administration, the members’ area of the BCA website (BCA-Online), conducting ballots and the occasional mailing of BCA News items. Members are free to opt out of such communications at any time.
