-One (1) four person team participating in the golf tournament
-One (1) dozen ProV1 or ProV1x golf balls per team member
-One (1) door prize ticket per team member
-Breakfast and Lunch
-Water and soft drinks during play
-4 closest to the pin contests
-1 long range drive contest
-Range balls
