Guideline

1. What complaints do we handle?
Disputes that relate to customer experienced with the CIA's services provided by CIA officers

2. How do we handle your complaint?
We will report your complaints to CIA's Director for judgement and action

3. How can you follow up with the complaints?
Leave your contact information as we will be able to contact you

4. accept complaints that meet the following criteria:
The complaint includes the complainant’s name, phone number and email address
The complaint is from a person (or a person’s authorized representative)
The complaint contains no abusive language.
