Thank you for inquiring about membership into the Dallas Basketball Officials Association (DBOA). 
We are excited to have you join our chapter.  Joining the Dallas chapter is a three-step process for new members. 
First, complete the form below and a member of our welcoming team will reach out to you with additional information on completing steps two and three. 
The cost for joining our great chapter is $100 for new members.
