Compulsory foundation training for accreditation as a family mediator consists of:
(1) 16-hour Applied Law for Family Mediators (R1999 + R200 Training Material Courier cost (estimate) ex vat). May be exempted should you have completed your LLB after 2010.
(2) 40-hour Divorce and Family Mediation (R9999 ex vat)
(3) 12-hour Applied Psychology for Mediators - online/blended (R2,850 ex vat). May be exempted should you hold a qualification in psychology or social work. This training course is available online. All training fees are exclusive of VAT.
